Cancellation & Refund Policies

If you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, or choose not to move forward with the procedure after the initial consultation, your down payment will be refunded, less a charge of Two Dollars ($2.00). This amount will be used to pay processing costs, including charges from the credit card processing company. Practitioners also reserve the right to not move forward with treatment after initial consultation. In this case, the same refund policy for cancellations 24 hours in advance applies. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your refund to post after SmartHealthBuyer has confirmed and verified your cancellation. If notice is not given 24 hours in advance, you will not be entitled to a refund of your down payment.

Some practitioners may require payment in full at the time of purchase of the procedure. Each of these practitioners may have their own refund policy. Please check the refund policy for each practitioner at the time of booking your procedure.


Cancelling Appointments

If you are unable to make an appointment, it is your responsibility to give 24 hours notice to the practitioner’s office in which the appointment was scheduled. Additionally, please notify SmartHealthBuyer at customerservice@smarthealthbuyer.com by sending an email containing your name, practitioner name, appointment time and a contact phone number, or you may wish to call/leave a message at 858-566-1503 Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm PST. If notice is not given 24 hours in advance, you will not be entitled to a refund of your down payment.

Cancellation After Initial Consultation

Both the patient and the practitioner reserve the right to cancel a procedure after an initial consultation. If this occurs it is the patient’s responsibility to notify SmartHealthBuyer in order to receive a refund. Please send an email to customerservice@smarthealthbuyer.com containing your name, practitioner name, appointment time, reason for cancellation, and a contact phone number, or you may wish to call/leave a message at 858-566-1503 Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm PST. If notice is not given within 48 hours of the cancellation, you will not be entitled to a refund of your down payment.
